About one month per floor...
To top the building j....they would need another 2 yrs...if current construction porgress is to be judged....

5-Feb.. Only L6 completed ...about to start L7
26-Feb.. L8.5 in progress
Not one month can see 1.5 floor...

But need wait for the other twin block to complete in order to vp.

never mind... buyers might get nice fat lad. my friend has a house delay 7 years+. 70+% lad paid. like getting free house. but 7 very angry and nervous years. every day jam pass the site with doubt in the mind gnawing...

Aiya that why i said 'about' mah....still got 21.5floors to top...still need 14mths before topping.....+ other exteriors interior plastering painting......

Understand the 'about' term is naturally longgar.

That's why a more accurate floor/mth data was presented for your next level of estimation. tongue.gif

BTW, its 36th floor is the swimming pool.. tongue.gif
If really can get LAD, not much worry.

Don't worry about this Ekovest is rich enough with strong relationship with gov. Stock increase more than 50% within 2 months lol

Any Tai Gor have idea regarding their shopping mall leasing progress?
Beside GSC, Coffee Bean which is likely confirm tenan.

Look at the progress, dun think the mall can be open at 2018.

Monoland with super construction team now at 20th ++ level (out of 62 floors) also committed only can VP early of 2019.

This EKC ... Now at 8th (out of 30 duplex floors) is impossible to VP end of this year.
