For me no offence... It's a suggested effort to those who worry about abandonment(a few pages back)...If only a quick glance is sufficient to them....

Appreciate frequent updates from Jagalat too and I personally thought the updates on the floors were really useful as it shows progress and provides an indication in terms of when the next billing would be for the respective owners.

Also, I don't think anyone would write-off the risk of project being abandoned until the project has been fully VPed etc. but you would expect the risk to decrease over time as the project progresses overtime. In fact, for investors, you would subconsciously view projects that are say 50% complete to be less risky than a project that has yet to be started. As with all investments, there is a risk to capital loss which is consistent with the risk reward philosophy (i.e. the greater the risk, the greater the potential return / loss). The best position to invest is when you can afford to stomach the losses in the event of a worst case scenario and it shouldn't ruin your finances completely (i.e. you're able to restart, rebuild and attempt again).

Good luck all and wish everyone a very happy, healthy and prosperous Chinese New Year.

That is exactly what l hinted.
It's fair to say abandonment risk while still in construction but that risk is decreasing upon every progress..
Ideally the post about terbengkalai should be reduced unless really proven otherwise.
Anyway, it's an open forum, one can still choose to enlarge the risk of abandonment

Happy CNY.

Yup... In fact good news to all property buyers with construction in progress.

The EOT was issued by an earlier minister. Luckily, this verdict, is notable...

LAD comes when the project is completed and VP, so I don't see how it impacts the completion of project.

right at the ekocheras site is a lane closed with cones... the lane turn out from mutiara barat

and honest is, anything that is not a straight forward road slows down traffic. such is the mentalilty and driving skill of malaysian..

How many usable lanes are there in front of EKC site?
If the number matches what was before EKC construction, then there's no reduction of lane.

As for the turn out from mutiara barat, it wouldn't be permanently blocked, would it?

As usual, Cheras is full with "detour" roads and traffic jams at many locations, inclusive of the Billion roundabout.
