How large is large? How small is small? Too subjective. Some small wrist like big watch (like myself), some big guy like medium watch.
About 3cm in cross diameter end to end.

yup its too subjective, but ur answer is fine enough, 3-4cm in diameter should be fine, its the same size as my current watch.
