Ok will prepare one tonight
Generally my week goes like...
Wednesday - Check weather forecast. Discuss dive plan with buddy or find a club to dive with.
Friday/Saturday/Sunday (depending which day works best) - Pack up, drive out, get gas fill, gear up, dive, drive back, unpack, wash gear. This took 8 hours in total today.
Conditions - I'm better at reading the weather forecast (rain/wind/swell/tide) now... when I first came I got shaken up by rough shore conditions... still have the scars from it lol. Water can be surgy too in the shallows. However, the good thing is that there's usually little/no current.
Viz - been bad-to-medium. I consider every dive a torchlight dive, it's just easier to spot stuff and locate your buddy. Viz is supposed to be better in winter, but the water is colder too.
Temperature - Today's water was 19C, and air 22C. With my gear I can do one dive comfortably. I get a lot colder on my second dive.
Gear - since arriving here I bought a wetsuit, weights, tank, first stage reg, fins, and hood. Basically, thicker and heavier versions of what I had before.
Marine life - A lot of creatures here are different from the ones I see in Southeast Asia, so it's fun finding new stuff all the time. A lot of sea weed, sponges, and some soft coral. I'll try to compile some in the video.
Brah.. borrow your tank... hahaGenerally my week goes like...
