For SONY devices user, to unsubscribe the MAXIS SPOTIFY PREMIUM, you might try out the steps below, i.e:
1. Turn on your mini apps browser,
2. Access http://m.maxis.com.my/spotify ,
3. Now select <SUNSUBSCRIBE>,
4. Lastly, continue its unsubscription steps afterwards.

P/S: You might try this if the google chrome(default/stock browser) doesn't work well.
