i think its either a "take it" offer or leave it offer.

if they do take up this offer, there is obviously a hope for proton to bounce back strongly in the car industry. these is hope for a change, to say the least.

if they DO NOT take up this offer, this are just gonna rot and die. and to proton, it will be all fate, and help from the goverment's money to keep them standing.
