Porsche revving up to take over Volkswagen?
Porsche said last Wednesday it had increased its stake in Volkswagen (VW) to 27.7 per cent and that its supervisory board had given the green light to increase its stake to 29.9 per cent. Under German law, once it gains a 30-per cent holding it must launch a takeover bid. Now Porsche -> VW -> Proton? |
