hurm...the prob lies in proton's management itself laa....if they still dun wanna change their old skool ways,no matter with what company the merge into.nothing would change them as long as they wouldn't want to change themselves.btw,if they really are working very hard,they should have use the lotus tech long ago edi.lotus not just a small2 no use company one...

perhaps later proton would better than now...btw,if 51% owns by a foreign country company,means proton no longer our national carmaker company,meh??
