Hi,

Bought a new SIM pack from WORLDCOM TELECOMMUNICATION in Sri Petaling. I saw they are some flyers on the counter showing new Prepaid SIM Pack before and after GST should only be sold at RM10.00. Why I am charged extra RM0.60? When I question the worker, she only told me it is instruction from the boss and gave me a very impolite reply "Kalau aku tahu, aku tak nak jual". I have requested a tax invoice, attached below.

Checking in your FAQ shows,

How much will a prepaid SIM pack cost, now that I am charged for GST?
The price of a SIM pack will now cost RM10.00, inclusive of GST.

I do not mind if the owner wants to make extra 60 cents as profit, but apparently according to the tax invoice, it is for GST. Double GST?

Please advice on next course action.
