Anyone here knows whether it is TNB's right to deploy lamp pole on any place they like, or they just deploy them according to the developer's blueprint? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone. I'm a n00b in property talk. I have a stupid question lol.
Anyone here knows whether it is TNB's right to deploy lamp pole on any place they like, or they just deploy them according to the developer's blueprint? Thanks in advance. |
