Slow Connection to YunPan 360

Need to perform backup to cloud storage at Yun Pan 360, http://c57.yunpan.360.cn/my but upload transfer speed for Maxis FTTH 10MB only able to transfer at
11KB/s . Kindly please assist to check the routing setting. Thank You. Modem ID: 90681 |

It's a China server. What do you expect?
Most ISPs doesn't have direct connection to mainland servers here and the peering is awfully bad. |

Ok...However, still facing Bad connection, keep disconnected when VPN back to my office for works purposes.
