hi all, being thinking of getting a bike for work purpose, im pretty noob in this area, hope you all can entertain me abit.

1)If i want to jump from kapcai to 250CC , is there anyway i can test drive it before buying. I don't feel like committing a loan witout actually trying it.

2)will the road tax or insuran cover increase if im driving higher CC motorbike?
