I think most new numbers are recycled ones these days. Terminated prepaid numbers get recycled within weeks. Maybe those 011 numbers have the better chance of being new. Be careful of the incoming sms that deduct credit. Any subscriptions by previous owner won't necessarily get automatically cancelled.

QUOTE(vanpersie91 @ Jul 12 2015, 05:10 PM) one thing came into my mind: those pakciks makciks keep getting charged for things they didn't subsribe to. could it be because of this recycled number issue? Quite possibly. I have had the experience of activating a new prepaid sim a few years back and immediately receiving sms to say some subscription had been renewed. My first thought was that the dealer who sold me the sim pack had signed me up for this service, then I realised it was legacy from previous user of the number. Luckily I figured out how to cancel straightaway, but yeah not everyone would notice, maybe some wouldn't even read the sms.
