My item from Hong Kong reached Malaysia in one day but they cannot send to me since my area out of their coverage so I opt to take the item myself in glenmarrie. Lucky I called their call centre of not they will pass my item to pos laju

Please note that DHL SZB (Subang) is transit point, from there it will be sent to distribution centre nearest to your place, then onwards to your house. Usually the truck depart daily from each point mentioned above. You are lucky the items was not detained for customs inspection, else you will be waiting for Customs Runner to talk to office and get back to you for confirmation. This take longer time.
Here is a hint, want faster service, go FEDEX. Never failed me.
