i have been told i am a bumi
im not that familiar with rebates etc, but i feel we discriminate our own population... if theres a rebate for one, then let there be rabates for others

yes, the ones facing klcc are gone
i got only the lower floors
higher floors are pretty expensive really
also, the dual keys etc are gone
(tho am not sure of the dual-key facing kg baru)

yes i did, klcc-facing was the one i chose, but that was 1 of very few units left facing klcc
none now i was told
a friend's sister bought facing sultan ismail road; she had to cough up rm600k+

altogether including lawyers, that life insurance or whatever you call it, it came to 884k for me
40th floor at 870k is not bad at all

im not sure there are many out there who want to pay rm4000 renting; they will argue i might as well pay for my own mortgage
