Isn't that going to be quite a walk from this project all the way to KLCC with that overhead bridge just to save RM 1.10/trip?

I ever tried walking on the overhead bridge connecting Pavilion to KLCC and felt like it was quite a long walk to get to the latter. Like 1 km ish.

So that means once the project is completed and some of these buyers want to flip their units, or they end up under auction, its open for bumis and nons to buy it? hmm.gif

Even so, the developer and SAs selling this project should be transparent on the unit allocation to bumis and nons. At least declare what is the percentage of units allocated to bumis and nons so that potential buyers know what to expect from this project.

When IJM launched their Inwood and Secoya projects they announced that 50% are allocated to nons and the remainder for the bumis. Same goes for Saville @ The Park within the same area.

Really depends on where the individual works. Can't blame 'em if their workplaces aren't close to a public transport line. For those whose workplaces are near them, especially KLCC itself, then this is a huge bonus for them.

That bridge still have some construction debris scattered in places based on the pics itself. Are the organisers even sure that it's safe for the participants to walk/run on it?
