If i were you, i won't settle for Scythe Ninja...
Thermalright Ultra 120, Scythe Infinity and Coolermaster Hyper TX is much much better than Scythe Ninja...
And i were to choose, i'll choose Thermalright Ultra 120 from any other choices...
Because it's the best of the best...
The downside of it, you have to wait for a while as Ultra 120 is on worldwide shortage...

The Ultra-120 is only marginally better and it's rectangular shape means less flexibility in terms of mounting whereas the Ninja is a square which means you get your choice of fan mounting in any mobo regardless of socket orientation.
As for performance, the Infinity and HyperTX I daresay only excel under higher airflow conditions. Anywhere from medium to low, the Ninja is a more efficient cooler. And I'm not just saying that because I own one.
