Hey there! My sister lend a Nokia Lumia 1020 from a friend.
She updated the Firmware and now the Camera not working.

I'd tried both Nokia's Lumia Camera and Microsoft Camera is the same issue, the app doesn't launches.

Have you tried restarting the phone? redownload the app? if all else doesnt work i would suggest a hard reset
