The above item isn't fully stereo because it's just one sided. Also, it's more of a headset for VOIP.

IMO, there is no "best earphone for DS lite".. Only good earphones.

Of course, the higher the price, better the quality, I've tried using my brothers RM500++ headphones (for classical music) and yeah, it sounds good.

But as for me, I'm using Nintendo's Electoruplanktun(JP) which comes with a sound distortion thingamajid. Which increases clarity in sound and buffers out the bad ones, but the volume 'gain' is not that strong. I also use it for my MP3 player. Short wires tho..

You can find similar earphones(not made by Nintendo) that has the sound thingamajid which you can see at the 'jack'. Not sure what brand, but I'm sure you can find it.
