Are all epoxy have rough surface? Can it me made glossy? thinking to apply on kitchen table top (currenly using tiles) or coat over tile floors.

Any suggestion which clear/colour epoxy brand should i use for Outdoor Slab with tiles. Water starting to drip to the botton floor. Size is about 30ft X 30 Ft
