Based on Credit Card Foreign Exchange Rate thread discussion, most lowyat member has the best rate with AEON card which is around 1%, im travelling to Euro this thursday too, im using Public Bank as main card, i tested a foreign transaction and do the calculation, the charges is 1.2x% which is tally with the 1.25% told by their customer services1) Maybank 2 Card AMEX
