Not-so-main priority : Cash back/rebate via petrol, utilities, groceries

Referring to item #3, it's because I don't have medical card. But my company allows me to claim quite high amount of medical expenses.
I've been using debit card for the past 4 yrs bcoz I had a bad history with CC & I learnt my lesson the hard way. I'm hoping I won't make the same mistake again.
