Any credit card that has best cash back?

Currebtly using Maybank2..

Mainly fot groceries, petrol at petron, insurance, utilities bills and dining..

Low or no annual fee..

I will always use Maybank2u to pay all my utilities (TNB, TELEKOM, ASTRO, SYABAS, MAJLIS PERBANDARAN, INDAH WATER, PEJABAT TANAH, ..) and phone bill..

Any particular credit card (if I apply) can give me "rebate" if pay my utilities using the credit card and via online?

Anybody can tell me which credit card that will give luggage back when opening with them? I can't recall anymore, that is why asking here..
