Quick question:

I am applying my first credit card. So in the end i went for the Maybankard 2 gold as well as the maybank ikhwan gold.

how likely that both of my applications get approved?
*
Technically, should be no problem if your income documents are in order. However, a few others are having some difficulties with ikhwan as it appears that its processing department is more stringent.

i only submitted my offer letter hahaha. didn't have time to get my pay slip in order. oh well. does it mean if they reject me means i can't apply for that card anymore?  sad.gif
*
Aiks..you should have waited for the pay slips. In case where your application is not successful, you can reapply after 6 months. Or maybe appeal but with your income document.

Hi guys, is the 7% cashback cimb mastercard a good deal? Never had a cc before and considering for it. Will use it strictly for petrol..

And sorry for asking, but how does the cashback work?
*

Thou gotta say, the MBB workers at 1U Card center damn rude.

I pretended not to have a Signatures and asked about the revised limit to 70k recently.

She just dismissed me by saying my salary not enough to apply or one laugh.gif

If only she bothered to check my IC....
*
LOL, you should just shove your application form for the VI laugh.gif

Yea I'm between the SG Krisflyer and the Ambank Plat. I have existing relationship with MBB and the miles look interesting. I was talking to my dad and he said his Alliance... plat(?) always has access to KLIA's lounge and it was good enough.

I'm trying to find if anyone has a write up on the different lounges, I've only been into MAS's one quite some time ago.

Actually I am wondering, is Gen-X you dad? hmm.gif

But if I'm not using that much for cc, any other options? Thanks.  icon_question.gif

One of the thing that you need to consider is, VI comes with annual fee as opposed to MBB2 cards
