First time here, so please help me out a bit.

Annual Income: (basic pay + allowances, is this how I calculate it?) RM36K RM 50K to RM60K - I can apply for 2 cards, right?

Free Lifetime Annual Fee: A Must

Card(s) required for:
Groceries and apparel
Education (can I pay PTPTN loan with cards?)
Petrol (strictly Petronas and Shell only, preferring Petronas)
Bills

Would really prefer cards with cashback feature, as points have less liquidity, and are hard to keep track of or redeem.

Currently not holding any credit card, and is not looking at any cards from any banks.

I noticed that some cards have really high interest rates. If I settle the credit card bills in full monthly, the interest rates should not be a concern at all, right? Can I pay over the amount in the credit card bill (e.g. credit card bill is $1897.37, I just pay $2000)?

why not get a pbb vs supp with separate statement? you'll get separate pool of quota.

there is the new UOB YOLO card, but yet to get confirmation if the behavior is same as UOB VOX.

Thanks. You mean PBB VS gives a separate pool of cash rebate for principal and supplementary? I.e. RM50 per month for principal and another RM50 per month for 1 supplementary? Total RM100?

Card(s) required for:

Utilities - RM1000
Online and groceries - RM800
Dining - RM300 (weekdays)

Cards I have - PB VS, CIMB CR, Maybank AMEX (have VOX which I havent converted to YOLO)

Yes, separate pool but you will need to request from PBB for separate billing.
