QUOTE(Bliz @ Jul 26 2016, 10:13 AM) Yes, it is not a bad card but every transaction needs to be at least RM 50 to get cash back. Also, every statement month must have at least one transaction (any amount) to waive the monthly charges of RM 6.36 inclusive of GST.You may refer to this thread for the merchants we have tried: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=3964961 |

It is my pure dining card, whenever I need to swipe for dining, I will take out that card.Any other recommended cashback card that might be able to complement Wise and Vox? Thanks ya! For petrol and groceries, since you already have Ikhwan MasterCard, that's good enough to complement. For online transactions, you can also apply for CIMB Cash Rebate. |

QUOTE(chezzcake2 @ Jul 27 2016, 12:27 PM) is there any cards provided rebate on paying others card's bill via online? Nope. Unless you spend everything on AEON cards and pay AEON cards using PosOnline with online cash back credit cards. There's service charge of 2% from PosOnline. Then will get a total rebate on all of my card's bill.. |

1. Annual Income: RM80K.
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Preferable. 3. Card required for: Cashback (must) Mainly used for general expenditure like insurance, condo maintenance, kids daycare.. 4. Existing credit cards if any: Maybank 2 cards, Pbb & Maybank visa signature, cimb cash rebate Mastercard, Alliance younique 5. Looking at CC from: Any 6. Others: Looking to maximize my cashback for general spending since the alliance younique rebate is approaching max every month and I foresee more general expenses coming in the near future. My other cards already give me cashback on petrol, groceries, utility and telcos bills etc. Need this recommendation for spending on the other categories since no more OCBC titanium unlimited 1% cashback. Thanks. |

QUOTE(fly126 @ Jul 27 2016, 04:02 PM) HLB Fortune https://www.hlb.com.my/main/personal/cards/fortune-card or HLB Essential Thanks, I guess that's the best alternative for a cashback card for general expenses. Will probably get the hlb fortune card since the bonus element makes it higher than 1% cashback.https://www.hlb.com.my/main/personal/cards/essential-card There are No CB on Insurance Payment for SCB Cash Back Gold |

QUOTE(Hellkite @ Jul 27 2016, 03:28 PM) 1. Annual Income: RM80K. if you don't mind a bit of hassle, but will get you 3% on general spending, please consider UOB VOX also to complement your CIMB CR. Then also get AEON credit card. Spend with AEON card, use POSOnline to pay your AEON card with UOB BOX/CIMB CR which gives you 5%, while POSOnline will charge you 2%. But with the above combination, you will be limited to RM1600 (1k from VOX, 600 from CIMB CR) spending for maximum cashback from the 2 cards.2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Preferable. 3. Yes, I did consider it but my transactions like insurance tend to be large and lumpy and higher than the RM1600 limit. Will be too much of a hassle. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 20 2016, 04:54 PM) Maybank Ikhwan MasterCard for groceries and petrol. UOB pay online got charge processing for using it? UOB Vox can pay electric bill?UOB VOX for utilities and Maxis paid via UOBPayOnline. Check out this thread for TnG Reloads if you happen to be near to them, can use Ikhwan MasterCard to reload: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=3757650 CIMB CR for Astro using Astro portal or you can use UOB VOX. CIMB CR used to give cash back for Uber but these days hit or miss, so I assumed no more cash back. CIMB CR and UOB VOX for online. Others are too little for any general card. Just use any card which gives you some cash back or reward points. |
