everything on my kaspersky is enable.. but it seem to be in grey color. normally the logo at taskbar will become red.

on the setting, it say:
File Anti-Virus = failure
Web Anti Virus Traffic scan = failure (running on subsystem malfunction)


why?what happen?

Ah. Then use Kaspersky to scan your computer. Might have malware preventing it from working properly.

scan your pc as there is some malwares hidden around in your pc somewhere else.

got this microsoft thinggy to scan malware, it found 0 malware..

so then i uninstall the kaspersky, and install back, at first it was red.. after few restart, it turn grey and some failure.. now i scan my hdd.. see if it found malware or anything..

if not, guess the subscription fail

Is yours a legally bought version? OR a "ahem" version? If "ahem", I can't advise you further. If it is a legal version, Please go to an online scanner to scan your computer. TrendMicro's HouseCall or so. Cheers!
