QUOTE(jaymzcwk @ Jul 19 2016, 03:26 PM) Earlier this morning, started up the engine and drove for like like only 500m, all of a sudden the temperature blinking light pops out with a constant ring... well I shut down the engine and restart again and drove all the way to Selayang from Cheras without any problems (the temperature light did not pop out). have u went to any SC and ask them why?Anyone can rectify this matter? I'm driving a Polo Hatchback 1.6 2015, 23000KMs done, next service would be 34k. Greatly appreciated. |

My car reaching 1 year in few months.
So far only one time only went to SC for service 15k KM. Overall car condition is good, accelerate as it supposed to, 190km/h no problem, but I noticed now when braking from high speed the steering start to shiver. Previously it was just fine. Is this because of uneven disc brake surface? Or something else??? :3 And there was this one time I was driving, suddenly check engine warning light came out. I was driving at 30-40kmh and it suddenly popped out. So i turn off the engine, and restart, then it gone. No more warning light came out later. Hurmzzzzz i wonder why This post has been edited by rizarulaltiz: Mar 1 2017, 09:52 PM |

QUOTE(KEKwA2104 @ Sep 13 2016, 10:41 AM) it is hard to compare, because my gen2 is 6 years already.. at low speed polo tend to shift quicker to higher gear and limit engine rev.but i think i like polo more.. acceleration i think polo still better than gen2, especially when u use the sport mode.. under low speed, with standard mode, i like my gen2 more.. but for high speed, polo is better.. especially on highway.. but, not i feel like flying..haha because im using polo hb, so it's a light car for high speed.. yeah, the space is a bit smaller.. mybe u should wait for the new jetta.. for fuel-saving stuff VW said the best f/c i got around 6.4-6.5l/100km |

QUOTE(voscar @ Apr 25 2018, 11:49 PM) so you are a stubborn person and enjoyed all this SC visiting experience? Good, then go ahead with next VW. For me I rather get rid my polo sedan asap due to those frequent SC visit experience. nonsense of poor quality problem such as brake pad juddering, ECU bracket broke, steering noise etc. all this can be happen on higher mileage but it happened within 20k km of ownership which is unbearable for me. And no, time is precious for me I can't afford to go SC so frequently (even toilet break also hard to afford). |

Hello anyone still up?
I just bought a used 1.4 GTI and start to calculate the FC. Anyone knows the average FC? Now im getting about 9-10km/litre for about 80% hgway driving, about 437km journey with full tank of RON95. Hmmm The car got 85k mileage when i bought it. |
