same here, went for 15k km service in apr 17 but they told me to do balancing outside because their machine problem.
i go to the shop that their service advisor advice, the foreman told me about the bengkok disc..
go back to vw, check and confirm disc defect, and willing to replace within 2 3 weeks, but until today no feedback..
call them, and they ask to wait..don know till when need to wait..

goh motor ipoh..

Still No update from vw..good car, but worst after sale service from goh motor..

Like i said, it is a good car..but goh motor or dealer that have efficiency issue..
