I was a steam trader and always trade for csgo and dota 2 items. One day a random guy add me and send a message to me say he offer his items at the screenshot link. When i click on that link, my account was been restricted and a red cross appeard at my facebook google gmail and youtube. This make me cant cancel that trade. Anyone give me advise on how to fix it or teach me? This is the second time my account was restricted. The first day was 2 day ago and i reclaimed my account on that day. This time i sent a ticket to steam and i still haven't reclaimed it nor recieve a message from steam. The first day my chrome was also has a red cross at https but 2 hours later it has gone.

The photo below was the message i recieve today. 2 days ago it has says that cancel the trade at email end with @gmail.com but this time it was blank.

You've been phished. You should get an antivirus to clean the keylogger. Don't log into your any of your accounts (email or steam etc) from the same computer until you thouroughly disinfected it.

Also, log in to your accounts from another computer and change the passwords (be sure to remember what you changed to!)

Please make sure the other computer is CLEAN first!

i have an antivirus and i am using avast. how can i clean the keylogger?

try https://www.malwarebytes.org/ to removed the malware

and people said antivirus is dead....lol...

I would rather format the whole pc jusy in case. Lol
