TS's didn't specify the kind of tasks he is going to use.

For office or general use, Intel HD on Haswell is more than enough to get you through the day.

p/s: just noticed that the display I/O of the mobo kind of sucks, and the mobo is too pricy. Get some cheaper B85 from Asrock/MSI if possible.

Looks for mATX/ATX, ITX is redundant and not practical if you have a decently sized casing.

Looks for shops which carry Asrock brand, their price should differ much and are generally cheaper than Asus for sure.

Oh, you should had mentioned H81I Plus instead.

Brand don't really matter much nowadays. The durability of a product is mostly depending on your luck and usage. A reputable brand can still have sucky products under their profile. A brand good at making high end product also don't mean they sell good low end product.

I short, find whichever cheaper and have better warranty.
