True also, atm I am convincing myself to wait and not upgrade. Wonder when the Ti will come out.
The performance difference at least isn't as much as I thought. Still beast our 980ti, and still is, since 1080 isn't out yet cool2.gif

But the gimping though.. might as well not update driver anymore laugh.gif
Hopefully someone update and compare stuff about the gimping.

Not bad. I actually hope it's not that soon(wallet), but soon is kinda ok tbh. Maybe price won't drop a lot lower if I plan on selling.

Yeah same. Last update for me as well. Keeping an eye on the gimping stuff just because i'm curious.
Might update if it's safe base on reports.. Then again after that melting stuff going on back in the previous few updates.. sked already to update.

On benchmark 970sli better than 980ti..
But when playing games, good luck with those sli profile and stuff.. Sli is meh in general unless everything dx12.

Coming from someone who once have 970sli and changed to 980ti.
Better just going with a single card imo, but depends what you want guess, if you like more fps

Last time I sold my SLI 970 Galax HOF got around 3k.. didn't even need to topup to get a 980ti. xD

But then again HOF kinda expensive.. so yeah.
