My vios 2014 (1st batch) is having the same problem which knocking sound when passing thru sharp bump/uneven road. So far my car mileage has hit 75k for 1.5 yrs while sc has changed engine mounting for twice and the sa (pening kepala) said he donno wat can he do ady if the sound is still coming back. Guess wat, even with the latest enhanced mounting also couldnt resolve the problem. light knocking sound still can be heard. Anyhow, i had been told that its just a sound that wont cause any issue related to safety which is still acceptable.

Apparently toyota has good customer service, but if keep changing the part and problem couldnt resolve. I malas nk layan d. After 3,5 yrs, sell the car la.

Anyway, my advice for those affected owner. Pls go and lodge complaint on the problem, make sure they put into record. Maybe you can get "extended warranty" in the future.

Oh ya. Forgot to mention they did change that for my car too. After few mths, it happens again. Btw, i m not a harsh driver. Haha
