where to check model code?

Guys. My new vios got this problem where sometimes out of the sudden the car feels like very hard/difficult to accelerate. Eg: at 70km/h suddenly its like stuck at that speed and doesn't want to go faster. I need to press the accelerator more than usual and the engine then rev more. The thing is this is a on/off problem and toyota service said the car is new so need to drive more, but I doubt it. Anyone experience this?

BTW few pages back someone said that the Bluetooth is very soft, need to speak loud for the other party to hear, i can confirm. when i speak the other side also said its very soft.

do u guys experience sometimes when going through speed bump will have a "kirk" sound?

can't remember whether happen during rainy days or not. sometimes it happens sometimes it didn't. send for service they check they said everything is fine, so i also don't know how to solve this
