The lead time to replace it is around 1 week.
You forgot to add "Or More".
My friend was using Maxis Fibre, he had to wait 12 days to get a replacement BTU.

Should've stayed with UniFi.
My BTU died in 2013, TM technician came to replace it on the next day. icon_idea.gif

wow, that's the worst that I know. Usually 4-5 days lead time
Different people, different experience.
But no matter what, I'd never opt for Maxis Fibre unless I move to an area where the whole infra belongs to Maxis themselves. biggrin.gif

alternatively buy a used BTU as spare..
iinm dont need to change any settings, plug n play.
IINM, that's now how it works.
To change BTU, TM needs to know the unique ID of the BTU in order to activate it.
So we still need the technician to come over.

Though I may be wrong as I've never tried to replace the BTU by my own, so do correct me if I made a mistake. blush.gif
