Hi There,
I have upgrade from TM Unifi to Maxis Fibre few month ago...
Maxis reuse back TM Modem.
Last night, my TM Modem light blink and I try turn Off and turn ON again. (This use to happen few time last few weeks)
It should work. but now the TM Modem is not working... No light show.. rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

I saw the light is turn ON again. But all the light on the modem is blinking and not connected to internet. shakehead.gif  shakehead.gif

What should I do?

Subscribe Maxis no free Modem??  sad.gif

Any solution for me? Thanks a lot  notworthy.gif  notworthy.gif

If u were on Unifi previously, they do not provide another BTU (modem).
If u are new subscriber, Maxis will provide it.

Btw just wondering how did u cancel ur Unifi? They didnt ask u to return the BTU ?

When I cancel my Unifi... they didn't ask me return the BTU...

BTW... I think is not fair... if New subscriber got new BTU... change from Unifi to Maxis should give same BTU as well....  doh.gif

Weird though coz afaik termination need to return BTU or else will charge RM200.
New or old BTU doesnt matter, but actually i prefer the black one over the new model.
Too bad my new place is using copper line, if not sure i will buy a used black one.

IINM, that's now how it works.
To change BTU, TM needs to know the unique ID of the BTU in order to activate it.
So we still need the technician to come over.

Though I may be wrong as I've never tried to replace the BTU by my own, so do correct me if I made a mistake. blush.gif

Hmm really?
I got a spare BTU i think i might try it one day, very old type ZTE brand.
