TK and TKJ sekalian, my bad not being able to give live report   Have been busy in unit selection, listening to the lawyer explaining the main terms, signing the docs, chit chating, filling in the stomach again...

Overall, the response is not as hot as Ivoris which was launched in 1Q15.  Of 46 units, there are balance of 12 when I left the sales gallery.  Nevertheless, they are confident to clear it off in a week or two.  It appears to me most purchasers are financially solid (I guess I'm not one of it ) as the 6 corner units were all sapu habis within the 1st 9 purchasers.  I believe some came specifically for the corner units and might have left with empty hands after seeing their hopes diminished, hence left some units balance.  Spoke to some purchasers who are the seasoned investors and have few shops / properties in their hands (which again showed their solid financials).
