Where you come from. After you pass through Lekas Kajang Selatan toll, just take the exit 2102 and follow the Ecohill link.

Here's are some video about the Ecohill link. From Kajang Selatan toll till EM should takes you around 5 minutes only.

If from Putra Height, why not using the LDP and interchange in SKVE, all the way to Silk and then interchange to Lekas?

Toll cheaper as well, if not mistaken (LDP - RM 3.20 + Silk - RM 2.00 + Lekas - RM 1.10) one way.

c.) P3 cluster + semid + Zero lot Bungalow - 510 units
d.) P3 grandlis superlink - 127 units
e.) P2 Arroyo bungalow land - 224 unit
f.) Ecohill Taipan: 56 units shoplots

Add in all: 1894 units... 95% sold, translates to 1799 units sold...

If we look at the masterplan more closely, you will notice that for each precinct near to main entrance, there will be 3 common structures located there - kindergarden, surau and community hall (exclude the gentlebre with bungalow lot of course).. These "trio structures" are located in 2 difference places in Mellowood precinct, hence it clearly indicates EM already long time in their masterplan has the intention to split this Mellowood precinct into 2 segments with different main entrance.. brows.gif brows.gif

If following the original masterplan, Mellowood shall be the last precinct for Double Storey houses.. Stoneridge and Noblegate shall be allocated for cluster and semiD..

Let's wait and see if there is any plan change by EM in the near future.. hmm.gif
