4-2-3-1 with Carrick or Basti alongside Schneiderlin at the base, AdM / Mata / Herrera in front of them, Rooney as striker.

Shaw or Blind at LWB, Darmian or Valencia at RWB. Width would come from them, but that's fine.

Playing Basti and Carrick together might be a bit of a risk since both are older/slower players. Rather pick 1 and pair him with Schneiderlin.

If AdM leaves then Young can play there. Depay can play across the 3 AM positions anyway.

I would not expect Depay to walk into the starting 11 immediately, unless injuries/suspension force it. More likely he will be eased in.
