I was a maxis postpaid customer during the launch of iphone 4 few years back, I took the ivalue 100 with my iphone 4 for two years contract. During the 2 years contract period, I was like paying RM 100 monthly for using a poor 3G network connection in Sabah. After two years, I changed to Digi for a while until this year May, I planned to try again if maxis has turned to much better so I signed another 2 years contract by purchasing iphone 6 plus. But, again, Maxis has never improved their 3G network after so many years in my area, it is like almost the whole Sandakan, Sabah area are getting weak signal for 3G. I hope Maxis can give me an explanation for such a poor network as I don't want to pay my RM 100 monthly for not finishing my 2GB quota always. I feel like I'm cheated by Maxis now.

P.S: Even digi network has improved much compared to maxis after so many years!!!

Hmmmm.. in the 1st place U aldy know the network is weak and then change telcos. U could've checked for the coverage 1st rite?

For your info, the coverage map did show that my area is under network coverage, somemore, i'm living at town area. Of course, I will always do research before buying something/services.

im from sandakan too,and have made a few report about the service coverage especially their web tool mapping that our area got 3G is a BIG FAT LIE as time on my posting.

and here is the latest feed back from them saying that a communication tower near my place which is bandar nam tung will be ready to operate by the end of september 2015 if all goes well i guess.

PS they assure me that the tower is ready by the end of august 2015 before my last report
