Can I export all the bookmarks on ff to other browser such as chrome and opera? I think it's the profile problem...I wanna remove the profile and create the new profile again..I have previously remove the profile and signed in again using the old account and let all the data sync... Now , ff becomes lagging again

yeah i think you can do the exports and then import them into other web browsers.

try disable all plugins except Flash. you can export your bookmarks file and backup firefox settings first before refreshing. maybe your synced profile got problem also so if you sync again same problem.

try use profile manager to create an empty profile see if problem persist.

maybe something is wrong with your system. the script thing sounds like javascript problem with a site that cause the page to 'hang' then the whole browser become unresponsive. sometimes extension can also cause that, have you removed or disable all extensions? if you have java disable it too. update your adobe flash to latest.

with a totally fresh profile, default preferences, no extensions and plugins, empty everything and still got problem? may i ask which site is that? so i can try on my firefox.

What is your broadband speed?

Do speedtest and post back the result :-

http://www.speedtest.net/

p/s if you having slow broadband speed, your FB will show script error. If you uni broadband is slow, get your own wireless broadband.

Try the possible solution in the first link as it may solve your problem.

Doesn't really involve reinstall as you've already tried and it doesn't work.
