llaw you still facing this? https://www.brakes4u.co.uk/detail.asp?id=2889 during which time the odd “Chirp” of brake noise may be heard when starting from cold in damp and cold conditions at walking pace speed. maybe that's the deal with ceramic based pads lol
I still heard noise/vibration when doing full stop. And also when I letting go brake from full stop - auto car will creep forward. The noise/vibration can only be heard from 1km/h to 0km/h.
my car now faces that since the akebono brake pads i gotten is different part number and from outlook and characteristics, ceramic based or at least more ceramic content compared to the original stock that's seemingly more metallic contents.
but other than the random/intermittent "chirps"/squeaks, the braking is damn silent even under hard brake. and the pad feel is just
i already ordered another set of redstuff fronts as spare in case i finish this one fast as well lol.
Yea. Quite long time already. No sound at all during braking or even hard braking. Sound only come out when the speed drop to almost 0 ... Like from 1-0km/h. Apart from that no complain. Low dust and superb braking
well atm EBC red is actually more expensive thanks to our shitty currency even without tax. still good to compare against akebono ceramic pads for own reference hehe
next shipment should be 1 red rear +yellow front and a disc rotor thinking BSD or GD for track usage only while daily drive stick with the current TRW's replacement. it doesn't seem like a lot of work to replace the rotors either lol
You going to ship disc rotor? Must be freaking expensive coz it's so heavy.
dont like that looking for constructive answers, not sarcasm maa..so many versions leh browsing through in rough sea very anyway, 35k+ vs 70k+ (2011 vs new) a bit far off right, might as well get a used one n pimp it up? Neo nice but raining time ar...aiya, hard leh
Constructive answer: Inject yourself with antidote first and prepare to fork out for maintenance
ah good answer! yeah, i am one of those that need to upgrade due to "family" reason. other option is to buy for my other half an aunty car hehe. not planning to buying european, either local or japanese nia. value for money imho inspira, but would love feedback from experience ppl 1st hand.
Better get auto for convenience, especially when other people will drive your car too... unless all are hardcore manual supporter.
coz inspira is multi-link rear suspension. Veeyooss & siti are torsion beam rear suspension. plus inspira cheaper i see, if ten years later maintenance cost will same as wira ?lol
10 years later I afraid cannot find lala Spare part already... extinct jo
