Estimate friday can get my car

hi guys, can anyone tell me what's the problem with my inspira 1.8mt? and how do i fix it or what to tell to the foreman?
(car has 56k mileage, never repair anything before, just normal service at those normal mechanic shop like changing engine oil)

Here's the problem

1. Sometimes when shifting from 1st gear to 2nd gear, it is very difficult to shift and i need to use quite some strength to pull my gear knob to 2nd gear.

2. Sometimes when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear, the gear will bounce off and goes into neutral with a loud rev.

New car then change the fluid with Redline MT85 or MTL. I'm using MT85.

If problem is still there then it's clutch replacement time lol...
