How you flush,  open up entire engine spray water inside to flush?

Here is the original clutch after 88K KM of use.

wanna ask, i have this problem now where i cannot drive 140kmh and above for long. the transmission fluid warning will appear and ask me to slow down.

any of you have this problem? what cause it? mine inspira 2.0p 2013.
