l actually wan to buy a camera tat can shoot video and photo and its like 85%video 15%photo so l have made a lot reasearch and found out g7 is the camera l wan......
But problem is why malaysia din have ppl sell g7??
Issit any problem v g7??
What lf l buy in other country and how l claim for warranty??

I have just gotten myself another MF Canon FD lens (just can't resist the dirt cheap price i got it for), the new FD 50mm f1.4, look excellent externally and have it CLA'd, I haven't tested the lens yet and must find time to do it and share some pics here. This lens is said to be super sharp among all the fast 50mm of the time. IMHO this lens would make a nice portrait lens, might be too long for street photography.

Last time think of getting 1 of these to try but scare the lens condition due to age.

Are all of those pics taken at f1.4? Seems soft to my eye, but they have that distinct classic film look. You didn't use any in-built filters from your a7II did you?

if it has that kind of distinct look, might be very good for video yes?

Thanks to mirrorless and now the A7, the prices gone up the roof di. I got mine (very decent copy) circa 2010 for under RM200.

Did saw LOTS of A7 series playing legacy lens ( from one of FB group I just join ), Helios 44-2 now float around RM200-300 
RM100    still possible to one but condition might not be too good 

What lens are you using on A7II?

Btw, this small flash is manual for all type of camera?

If use rechargeable battery also so hard to close, then how to use alkaline battery?

Can mod the battery terminal and make it loosen abit?

AF not really useful on macro photography,30mm not recommend for shooting bugs.

If want to capture macro with shallow depth of field, need AF is it ? Noob at macro, only shoot once when I have 12-50 kit.
I think need to research on how to use flash on macro as well
