Hi, few weeks ago I suspended my broadband account. Now I wish to terminate it. Not because of bad service or anything like this but because I realised I no longer need it.
Since I already suspended my account (and all payments settled) I understand that if I do not reactivate it after 3 months, it will automatically be terminated. Just to confirm, does that mean I should just let the 3 months past and don't have to do anything else to close my account with Maxis?
