Simple logic isn't it...? If filevault is enabled, disable it first lar, then only format... bear in mind disabling filevault will take time to decrypt your partition or hdd, depending on its size...

but the problem is my fren forgot the apple id and the filevault password ady lo
so cannot decrypt have to find way to format or reinstall sad.gif
