 IE 11 Missing in window 8.1, not at search ,,not at task bar .. mana?

hello ...


I having alienware X51 R 2 .. running well so far .. with windows 8.1

I remember the IE 11 is on the system when i start up and I can notice on the taskbar also got IE logo


tapi today .. for someone reason ..IE completely disappear .. cannot be seen ...

now only can Chrome ..

please guide me as how to get back IE11

Did you try to use "Search" (magnify glass) to find it?

yaaah very strange .. did a search .. on magnify class

tapi see the photo i attached ,,

tulis " internet explorer " tapi logo chrome ,...

when i click in to the logo ..it is chrome not IE 11

Simple only.

Press Windows Key + R to start run.

Type in IEXPLORE, then press enter.

It should start IE. You can create short cut of it if you want to.

Window 8.1 with IE 11 With chrome ...

this is what happen ....look at the photo ...

Logo of IE but wording is chrome.. click In is Chrome...

IE gone missing .. !! hijacked by Chrome ..

You may try THIS method.

Unless you have another browser (mostly China browsers) that will change icons of browsers that causes this problem. Else uninstall chrome. Let windows change the default browser to IE. Then install Chrome. It should solve the problem.

 

Change to:

0.0126sec    0.21    6 queries    GZIP Disabled
