but putra escalators are still "recycled escalators" from the previous mall (yaohan).. & it keeps spolit for already many months which create inconvenience for shoppers to move around.. and sunway still dont bother about this serious issue at all

the management is asking for trouble.. i think the mall have quite OK tenants but the facilities are what makes people dont want to come this mall.. people are complaining about their expensive parking too but again they dont bother about it at all.. Let's see how long this mall gonna sustain if the management remains with their "arrogance/proud" attitude..
