Getting Started

|
I downloaded quite a number of talks in mp3 but these are LONG .. like close to 1 hours.
Is there any software for me to break it down to several files (or chapters) with about 10 minutes each? By doing so this will ease my search ability as some times i would like to resume at the 30th minute of the talk and it is impractical for me to fast forward every time. Thanks

search under download.com for mp3 cutter and then download power mp3 cutter...however its trial version only allows a cut of 1min...you have to download the *ahem* to get the full version...

Audacity can make that such trick. Open that MP3, highlight the waveform graph. Then export as MP3. Repeat the same for other clips. Another tool available to check : 1. mp3DirectCut | link | screenshot2. MP3Cutter 4.0 | link | screenshot
